Missing

The listing did not show this field; the gap stays visible instead of guessed.

Changed

A later check found a different value; both values stay in the note.

Recheck due

The note names the trigger that should reopen it, such as a payment step or a listing notice.

The five fields

What each field preserves

Each field answers one question about the row. When any field stays empty, the note records the gap instead of filling it with an assumption.
